Edimentals are edible ornamental plants. Edimentals are important in the city.

The project is an installation of perennial edibles of the Allium family (onion plants). All the parts of the plants are edible, both roots, greens and flowers and there is a big variation in the way they look. Some types of onions are more known than others but only few of the types are perennials in temprate climates.
